Dieter covers entire body in mineral ice

Filed under: Dare Dieter — Justin @ 3:00 pm

Dieter had previously spoken about putting icy hot on his nuts.  A listener emailed and dared him to cover his entire body in mineral ice, which is similar.  Apparently, a woman had recently died from doing so.  I can feel Dieter’s pain on this dare as myself and a friend once dared each other to put icy hot on our nuts.  We both ended up at sinks running water over the region, which after hearing all the calls, probably made it worse rather than better.

Dieter stripped down and Jenna the virgin intern began at his feet and worked her way up.  She got his bottom half covered and then Dieter covered the sensitive region himself.  He began to wail immediately after and no one knew if he could continue or not.  Dieter ended up completing the dare.  He said the armpits were the worst part and was making moaning noises for the last 20 minutes of the show.

I found the dare pretty humourous, mostly because I can feel his pain from my previous incident.  The show left with DJ Jazzy Jim trying to clean Dieter up with some dishwasher detergent.  Hopefully, it won’t ruin his 3 day weekend.

Seat belt laws, Volleyball and Lying to women

A caller asked whether the crew thought the seat belt and motorcycle helmet laws were a good idea.  Rover and Duji both thought that they were a good idea, while Dieter continued to contend that wearing no seatbelt and locking out your arms and legs was a better idea.  They kept on this discussion for a long time, with many callers chiming in.  Dieter said that your locked out arms can hold back 1000 pounds of pressure.  An EMT called in and said from his experience, many more people survive if they were wearing their seatbelts.

DJ Jazzy Jim told a story of a volleyball he took onto a bus popping and it scaring an old woman so bad that
she soiled herself.  So Jim and Dieter tried to pop a volleyball.  Jim make several unsuccessful attempts
which had Rover laughing hysterically.  Besides jumping on the ball, Jim tried to close it in a metal door and lighting it on fire.  He did manage to light the volleyball on fire, which caused quite a stir.

Finally, Dieter told a story about seeing a woman in the elevator of their office building yesterday.  He was with a sales woman from the station.  The woman in the elevator asked Dieter about his studio.  Dieter had met this woman in a bar shortly after moving to Chicago.  He told her he was a photographer for FHM magazine so he could sleep with her.  They ended up sleeping together but Dieter had not seen her since.

The sales woman that was accompanying Dieter informed her that he worked in radio.  When she found this out, she became infuriated, saying she was going to sue Dieter.  She caused a scene in the office building and Dieter subsequently lost the client he was going to speak with.
