For those who haven’t heard, the crew is working on building the World’s Largest Beer Bong.  It is going to be six stories high and Rover says it should be done within a month.  I think they are going to go on a bit of a mini tour with it, I would like to see it if they come to Columbus.

Super Columbine Massacre RPG is a video game where you assume the role of Eric Harris (one of the shooters) and try to earn points by killing students.  I tend to agree with Rover and think that the game is pretty sick.  The author (who remains anonymous) thinks that the game will “open up a dialogue”, as if the events were not discussed ad nauseam after being aired on the news 24/7 for months afterwards.

Dieter then posed the question of whether or not he should attempt to date the wife of a friend. They are going through a divorce and Dieter swears that he met her first (by 30 minutes). He wants to fly her out to Chicago. There was a lot of mixed advice from callers with some of those calling in having been in the same situation. I think the best advice Dieter received was to ask his friend first, although knowing how well Dieter and good advice go together, I’m not going to hold my breath for him to do so.

This morning Duji brought up Sam Harris from Star Search.  Rover played one of his songs, “Over the Rainbow” from Star Search.  The song was awful to say the least and Rover quickly stopped playing it.  Duji of course loved it and wanted Rover to play the end.  He finally gave in and did play it, commenting that it sounded like Dieter taking it from behind from Paco or Dieter lifting weights.  Here is a pic of Sam Harris:

They went on to discuss the hazing incident at NorthWestern, which is the hot media topic right now.  Photos were posted at Bad Jocks of some NorthWestern female soccer players hazing each other.  This wasn’t even anything bad like beating each other or drinking massive amounts of alcochol.  Dieter and Rover agreed that hazing was part of team building and Dieter talked about playing naked twister in college for football hazing.

Rover, whose real name is Shane French, grew up in Las Vegas, NV.  He is the son of a doctor and a nurse, although he has never met his father.  Rover got into radio at the age of 20 in Las Vegas at X-107.5 X-treme Radio.  He sent them a resume that said he had worked in radio before but when he got into the interview, the person he was interviewing with had been a consultant at the station Rover claimed to have worked at.  Rover went on to work in Nashville, Denver and Las Angeles before ending up in Cleveland.

Rover is 30 years old and has had a girlfriend for the past six years who is often a target of his rants on the show.  He also once dated porn star Raylene.

For those of you that have been listening for a while, I’m sure you remember back when Dieter first told the story about the advice he had given his cousin to become a stripper.  She had an athletic scholarship for Track to the University of Tennessee (which is a very good track school, for those that don’t know).  Dieter instead told her that she should become a stripper, that she could make $1,000 a day and retire when she was 25.  Dieter was also to get 10% of her earnings as her “manager”.

Obviously, these plans did not go according to schedule.  They had to “change the financial outlook” as Dieter said.  He has now advised her to become a porn star.  She received an offer to do two movies and he has told her to do it.

I felt bad for the caller whose mom is a porn star.  Her name was Kimi Lixx for those of you not listening.  She is actually pretty good looking for having a son that is my age.
