Dustin Diamond

Dustin Diamond, better known as Screech Powers from Saved by the Bell, is now selling T-Shirts for $15 to keep from losing his home.  For $20, you can get an autographed version.

Diamond was on the Howard Stern show yesterday and told his story of woe. He has to come up with $250,000 in 30 days or his Wisconsin home will be foreclosed upon. This is funny because he was just on Rover’s Morning Glory about two months ago and Rover asked him several questions about money and finances. Diamond acted like he had all kinds of money and investments, and is now practically begging for money.

There is a video floating around the internet called "Hadji Girl". It is a song by a United States Marine about an encounter with an Iraqi girl. The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) issued a statement to the Pentagon and Congress to investigate the video. Some sample lyrics:

I grabbed her little sister and put her in front of me. As the bullets began to fly, the blood sprayed from between her eyes, and then I laughed maniacally … I blew those little fuckers to eternity … They should have known they were fucking with the Marines.

There are a lot of people upset over the song. I’m sure this story will be in the news for some time to come.

Tonya Harding, the infamous ice-skater who was involved in the Nancy Kerrigan attack, was supposed to be on the show this morning. Bartosh apparently got in touch with her but was “on hold” to speak with her. Rover was pretty annoyed that they would have to hold to speak with Tonya Harding of all people. She is a D-list celebrity at best,e ven though she did do some celebrity boxing.
