DJ Jazzy Jim
DJ Jazzy Jim, whose real name is James O’Donnell, is the show’s phone screener.  His trademark is his annoying strip club DJ voice, where he began working as a DJ at the age of 16.  Jim is extremely tall and is often made fun of for his size by Rover and Dieter.  Jim is often the target of legal action, resulting from behavior that could best be characterized as idiotic.

Jim has so far been sent on two missions on air, both of which resulted in police presense.  Rover blames his failures on his inept social skills.
